I've rounded up some of the most common questions to make things a little easier. Because getting cute nails shouldn't require a whole research project.

I've never worn press-ons before. Where do I even start?
First of all, welcome to your new nail obsession!
Don't stress, I've made it super easy!
Start by browsing my press-on collections to find a set you love. Then head over to my Nail Guide to figure out your sizing, shape and length.
Not sure what size you need? I offer virtual sizing, so you can send me a couple of photos and I'll help you figure it out!
And if you're still confused, just send me a message. I promise there are no silly questions around here!
How do I know what size press-on nails to order?
Please don't just guess your size and hope for the best. We've all been there, but let's avoid that one!
I offer free virtual sizing, where you send me two photos of your nails with a Canadian dime or nickel for reference, and I'll help figure out your sizes.
Prefer to try them on yourself? I also offer physical sizing kits!
Once we've figured out your sizes, I'll keep them on file to make future orders even easier.

Can I reuse my press-on nails?
Absolutely! That's one of the best things about them!
Unlike a salon manicure, you don't have to say goodbye to your favourite set after one wear.
As long as you're gentle when removing them and take good care of them, your press-ons can be worn again and again.
Just clean them up, pop them back into their little storage case, and they're ready for their next outing.
Because why wear your favourite nails just once?
How long do press-on nails actually last?
The million-dollar question!
It really depends on how you apply them, your nail prep, and what your hands get up to throughout the day.
Nail glue is your best bet for longer wear, while adhesive tabs are great for shorter wear or when you want to switch up your nails more often.
And trust me, proper nail prep makes a HUGE difference!
I can't promise an exact number of days because everyone's nails and lifestyle are different, but I've included all my application tips in the Nail Guide to help you get the best wear possible.
Will press-on nails damage my natural nails?
Not if you're applying and removing them properly!
The biggest mistake? Getting impatient and ripping them off. Please don't do that to your poor nails!
A little prep, the right application, and gentle removal go a long way toward keeping your natural nails healthy.
And remember, if they're not ready to come off, don't force them!

Do press-on nails actually look natural?
Gone are the days of those thick, plastic-looking press-ons we all remember!
My sets are handmade using quality nail tips and gel products, giving them a salon-style finish without the salon appointment.
The trick is finding the right size, shape and length for your nails. A good fit makes all the difference!
And don't worry, you don't have to have super long nails. I have plenty of shorter options for my girls who still need to function in everyday life.

Can I request a custom nail design?

Whether it's a colour you've been obsessing over, a design you spotted on Pinterest, or something completely different, I'm always happy to chat about custom sets.
Just send me a message with your inspiration photos and we'll figure out the details together.
And don't worry if you don't know exactly what you want. Sometimes a little inspiration is all we need!

What's included with my press-on nail order?
Everything you need for a fresh set of nails, minus the salon appointment!
Every set comes with your handmade press-on nails, a reusable acrylic storage case, and a little prep kit with all the essentials:
- Nail file
- Cuticle stick
- Alcohol wipes
- Nail glue
- Adhesive tabs
You'll also get application and removal instructions, so you're not left wondering what to do next.
Basically, I've got you covered. All you have to do is pick your favourite set!
Do I need to get sized every time I order?
Nope! That's the beauty of having your sizing on file!
Once we've figured out your sizes, I can keep your photos and sizing details saved (with your permission), making future orders so much easier.
Want to try a different shape or length? No problem! I can often use your existing photos to help, although we might need to double-check since different nail tips can fit differently.
Because once you find your perfect fit, ordering your next set should be the easy part!
How long does it take to receive my press-on nails?
Good things take time, especially when they're handmade!
Every set is made to order, so I need a little time to work my magic before they're ready to head your way.
My current turnaround time is 7–10 business days, not including shipping.
Once your order ships, you'll receive your shipping details so you can keep an eye out for your new nails.
Trust me, they're worth the wait!
Can I wear press-ons if my natural nails are really short?
Absolutely! You don't need long natural nails to rock a cute set of press-ons.
Whether your nails are naturally short, you keep them trimmed, or you're trying to break a nail-biting habit, press-ons can be a great option.
The important part is finding the right fit and making sure your natural nails are healthy before applying them.
And don't worry, you can still have beautiful nails without committing to salon appointments every few weeks. We love a low-maintenance girl!
What if there's an issue with my order?
First things first, don't panic! Let's figure it out.
Whether something arrived damaged, you're having trouble with the fit, or something just doesn't seem right, please reach out to me.
Send me a message with your order number and a couple of photos showing the issue so I can take a look.
